Qualifications
Diploma level / NVQ 3 in Administration & Business Studies or equivalent experience RSA Stage III Typewriting/Word Processing or equivalent European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent AMSPAR Diploma Experience
At least 2 years experience of working at a senior administration level. Experience of dealing with sensitive issues. Experience of dealing with multi-disciplinary teams and external agencies. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages e.g., Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of setting up and maintaining office systems. Previous experience of working in a similar role. Previous experience of working in the NHS. Supervisory experience. Involvement with rotas and supporting staffing issues. Additional Criteria
Experience and advanced use of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint). Knowledge of clinical terminology. Able to produce accurate and concise work. Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative. Able to manage own workload with minimum supervision. Evidence of a good standard of literacy / English language skills.
