About the role We are excited to be looking for a Programme Administrator to join the ever-growing School of Healthcare to cover a maternity leave role. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy professional service team and get involved in the end-to-end trainee journey of an Independent Prescriber. As a key member of the professional services team, you will support the Independent Prescribing distance learning programme. This role involves dealing with and resolving all queries of varying complexity from trainees, academic staff, and other areas within the University as well as external partners. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving all administrative activities throughout the lifecycle of a trainee from initial enquiry through to alumni, including responsibility for registration, assessment, organizing study days, and monitoring trainee progression and engagement. About you Educated to A-level standard (or equivalent), you will possess significant experience in a relevant administrative role. We are looking for an individual who has expertise in interpreting and complying with complex procedures and regulations, as well as the ability to manage a complex record system. As a successful Programme Administrator, you will have experience using initiative and judgement to resolve queries independently, good knowledge of data protection, and the ability to deal with confidential issues in a sensitive manner. You must also be able to multitask, work to tight deadlines, have an eye for details, and possess great communication skills.
