Glasgow Overview: An exciting opportunity is available for a Senior Solicitor to join a leading Corporate Finance team in Scotland. Recognised for delivering exceptional service and handling complex, high-profile transactions, this team supports clients across diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy and real estate. The role involves advising UK and international clients on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity financings, joint ventures and IPOs.
