Description Are you an organised and detail-orientated professional with a passion for driving digital transformation? Our Public Sector client is currently recruiting for an IT Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 3 month contract with the possibly of this being extended by 9 months. About the Role

As part of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will: Lead business analysis activities for digital transformation projects, such as Witness Gateway, Defence Agent Service, and Digital Evidence Sharing Capabilities. Conduct impact assessments to ensure compliance with UK Government regulations, focusing on the implementation of Purview Sensitivity Labels. Collaborate with end-users to document business processes and application usage, particularly around document handling. Work closely with stakeholders, including testing teams and internal analysts, to capture and refine solution requirements. Align configuration settings with existing systems to support the smooth rollout of security classification labels. Define success criteria, gather and analyse requirements, and manage them from inception to delivery. Support the development of sustainable digital solutions that transform service delivery and improve organisational efficiency. What You'll Bring

Strong analytical capabilities and experience applying IT business analysis techniques to deliver stakeholder requirements. Proven experience leading or contributing to medium to large technology change programs. Expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications. Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and modelling tools. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Certifications such as AGILE, PRINCE2, Business Analysis, or ITIL. Technical knowledge of integrated IT systems and the software development lifecycle. Additional Information
