As the Registered Care Manager, you will be overseeing the day-to-day management of a children's residential home, ensuring high standards of care and fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Registered Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Care Manager or in a similar role. At least 2 years' experience managing a residential home for looked-after children and young people. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards this qualification). Understanding of relevant residential guidelines, including Quality Standards, Care Standards Act, and Children's Home Regulations. Strong leadership skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding care. Valid UK driving license would be preferred.
