Full-time, Permanent About Us: Join our clients thriving main dealership in Bolton as an Aftersales Manager, where you will play a key role in overseeing and developing our aftersales departments. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, and we're looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to help lead our team towards continued success. Your Role: As the Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our established aftersales departments, which include Service, Parts, and Technicians. Your primary objective will be to enhance the customer experience, drive performance improvements, and achieve business goals within the department. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

Manage, motivate, and develop a team of technicians, service advisors, and parts advisors, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service. Performance Monitoring:

Continually assess and improve the performance of the aftersales department, identifying areas for growth and implementing necessary changes. Cost Control:

Ensure that departmental costs are managed in line with business objectives, driving profitability while maintaining high service standards. Customer Experience:

Ensure all customers receive a professional and friendly experience, handling any concerns or issues swiftly and professionally. Target Setting:

Work with dealership management to set and achieve aftersales targets, aligning with manufacturer guidelines and standards. Process Adherence:

Ensure all company processes, policies, and procedures are followed, and implement new processes when required to maintain compliance and efficiency. Company Values:

Embody the company's values and ensure they are reflected in every aspect of the aftersales department's operations. Health & Safety:

Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all Health and Safety protocols are adhered to by staff and visitors. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Aftersales Manager who has proven success in a similar role within a franchised dealership. The ideal candidate will possess: Proven Aftersales Management Experience:

Experience in a similar role, ideally within a franchised dealership. Citroen Franchise Experience (Ideal):

Knowledge of the Citroen brand would be beneficial. Kerridge and RTC Knowledge:

Experience with these systems would be an advantage. Leadership Skills:

A hands-on, proactive management style with a focus on team development and business growth. Professionalism:

A professional and customer-focused attitude at all times, ensuring excellent service standards. Strong Communication Skills:

Clear and effective communication with team members, customers, and senior management. Organisational Skills:

The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail:

A keen eye for detail, ensuring high standards in every aspect of the department's operation
