Customer Interaction:

Reach out to customers after their purchase to ensure they are satisfied and to gather feedback on their experience. Collaboration:

Work closely with our sales, product, and technical teams to gather insights and provide the best solutions to our customers. Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement of our services.
