Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Renewable Energy Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment to focus on Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pump sales. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting warm leads by phone, building strong relationships with potential clients and closing sales. You'll play a key role in helping our company meet its growth objectives while delivering outstanding value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Qualify and nurture warm leads to understand customer needs and position our products/services as the solution, ensuring seamless execution. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Deliver engaging product knowledge on the phone. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. Occasional face to face client sales meeting attendance.

About the Role

Basic + Uncapped commission £50,000-£80,000 OTE

Essential Skills: Proven experience in sales, ideally in renewables or retail. Solar PV and/or Heat Pump product knowledge is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Ability to think critically and problem-solve to meet client needs. Experience with CRM software. A positive attitude, resilience, and a drive to succeed.
