We have a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Administrator to join the team on an initial 3-month Fixed term contract. This is a remote role that may require occasional travel to Paisley, Glasgow. The purpose of the Helpdesk Administrator is to support the Operations Manager, Compliance Manager and schedulers on our Scottish school’s contract, using the CAFM system to deliver infrastructure support, managing the planning and scheduling of Planned preventative maintenance and remedial works. The helpdesk administrator will attend client meetings, training and run reports for the senior management team, as well as covering the helpdesk when required, ensuring full compliance. The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. You will be responsible for:

Assisting CAFM users to achieve operational service requirements, planning, carrying out and documenting PPM and remedial works Applying technical knowledge and skills to ensure best use of CAFM system Obtaining all PPM back up information on time Communicating with suppliers and subcontractors Inputting data from asset and condition surveys Reviewing and resolving queries and requests for information in relation to the CAFM system Preparing of technical documents, ensuring they are stored in the appropriate section of the CAFM system Providing data analysis and reporting on key PPM and remedial CAFM data We want to hear from you if you have:

Experience in a similar role Knowledge of CAFM systems would be desirable Excellent organisational skills The ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively Experience in using Microsoft applications including Excel Team player Self-motivated Ability to work with stakeholders at different levels What we can offer you:
