The role will involve the following: Develop new applications using the Firm's Case Management System (LexisNexis Visualfiles) Maintain the existing Case Management System Implementation Provide Development Support on 2 nd
and 3 rd
line support tickets Develop and maintain integrations through web services, APIs, and other integration types Work closely with other departments including Support, Infrastructure, and Programme Management to maintain service delivery standards KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely and learn from the existing development team Use their own initiative to solve problems Provide a strong level of customer service Develop and produce quality programs and tools for business use Identify areas of technological improvements in the business Adhere to business Software Development standards Produce and maintain documentation on any new applications Work primarily with our Case Management System and online technologies
