The Developer plays a critical role in building, developing, and testing applications while ensuring software quality and providing technical support. This role involves creating and maintaining documentation, managing server upgrades, and assisting with technical projects to deliver exceptional solutions and services. Key Responsibilities
Development and Testing
Design and develop new product features based on development cycles or project requirements. Good knowledge of PHP, Laravel, SQL. Simplify complex business processes through user-friendly software solutions. Conduct thorough testing of new features and fixes prior to release. Create detailed, easy-to-follow testing plans and document development work according to organizational standards. Technical Support
Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical support requests via email, phone, and virtual meetings. Investigate, test, and document findings for support requests and link them to development updates as needed. Collaborate with team members to address and resolve support issues. Documentation
Develop and maintain technical documentation to align with internal standards. Create knowledge base articles and maintain documentation in designated platforms. Quality Assurance and Maintenance
Ensure version control for applications and manage release updates for clients. Conduct regular server maintenance, technical audits, and health checks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client technical information. General Administration
Assist with administrative tasks, such as client access management and audits, to support overall business operations. Provide additional support to the IT and General Manager as required. Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a developer with strong technical and functional skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to organizational culture, integrity, and high-quality outcomes.
