Controls & Emergency Systems Manager - Lighting Working for a global provider of lighting solutions, who operate in 50 countries around the world, this role is responsible for developing and managing all lighting controls and emergency lighting system opportunities from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring that the projects meet the required customer specifications. With the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, you will spend 3 days in the office working alongside the wider team. Reporting to the Product & Marketing Director, you will work closely with the Sales team to manage and coordinate the engineering aspects of the projects, including design, installation, and commissioning plans to ensure that the project meets the required customer specifications and requirements. As the Controls & Emergency Systems Manager for this leader in lighting technology, you will lead the delivery of wired and wireless lighting control and emergency systems, ensuring seamless integration with other building systems to meet project and customer needs. You will also liaise with the project order management team to ensure customer orders are processed and managed efficiently to meet product availability requirements. Additionally, there will be a need to collaborate with suppliers to refine and expand the product range while ensuring product compliance to adhere to relevant standards and regulations. Experience & Skills Required: 5 years experience in the lighting/electrical sector, including experience and knowledge of lighting management systems. Excellent understanding of lighting solutions, electrical installations, and regulations. Understanding of technical lighting design and product application capabilities, including lighting instruments, software, and lighting theory. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
