What will I be doing day to day? Has knowledge and experience of leadership and management theory and practice Has knowledge and experience of the most sought-after soft skills of today Contributes to organisational development and quality improvement through collaboration with others and develops innovative course materials Experience in adult learning and training, ability to design the courses Previous training/tutoring experience will be an advantage What do I need to succeed? Has knowledge and experience of leadership and management theory and practice Demonstrable experience of learning design and development Experience in adult learning and training and ability to design the courses Previous training/tutoring experience will be an advantage Contributes to organisational development and quality improvement through collaboration with others and develops innovative course materials Experience of managing or leading Digital Transformation (accreditation preferred but not essential) What We'll Do For You!
