As a

Geography Teacher,

you will deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that encourage students to explore and understand geographical concepts and the world around them. You will play a pivotal role in supporting their academic progress and fostering a passion for Geography. Geography Teacher Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and academic achievement. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure growth. Prepare students for assessments and exams, enabling them to reach their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the Geography and Humanities department. Promote inclusive practices and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting processes. Geography Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialist in Geography or a related field. Experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire curiosity in students. Commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
