A school in North London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional EA to support the dynamic Head of a high-achieving, fast-paced school in North London. This pivotal EA position involves: Managing a busy diary and acting as gatekeeper. Preparing documents and organizing meetings. Liaising with internal teams, PAs, and the governing board. Acting as the key point of contact for high-profile stakeholders. About You The ideal candidate will be: Calm, resilient, professional, and unflappable, with strong resilience. Exceptionally organised, with a sharp eye for detail. Experienced in high-performing corporate environments. Living locally ideally as it will be 5 days in the office. You’ll work closely with a productive and dynamic Head in a supportive yet high-expectation environment, making a real impact. This is a unique chance to join a school that runs to very high standards and professionalism at its core. Must have excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills with a professional and proactive approach.
