We have a great opportunity to join a busy not-for-profit organisation as an HR Advisor / People Partner for an initial 6-month temporary contract.
The role has a base in Fareham, which you will need to visit 1 day per week and the potential to travel to sites in the Hampshire region, but expenses paid and the majority of homeworking.
Working as part of a People Advisory team, you will be supporting managers at various sites with comprehensive HR advice, operational case load of employer relations, absence management and wellbeing initiatives.
Candidates We are seeking experienced CIPD Level 5 HR Advisors with a solid background of HR advisory including employer relations. You must have solid ER knowledge and experience, including some involvement with complex cases, preferably. A self-starter, can work on their own initiative, and is happy to roll sleeves up and manage a busy case load of HR activities.
Offer 6 months + Contract with scope for longer. 1 day per week on site in Fareham, possible for other site visits when required in Hampshire area. Full-time role - 40 hours per week, but will consider fewer hours for the right person... so if you're looking for part-time let me know. Mileage paid for business travel.
