The successful candidate will have Be qualified to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent Be flexible in their working hours/pattern Be passionate about early learning and childcare Want to inspire and ignite curiosity in children Work well on your own and as part of a team Be keen to develop their professional knowledge and learning through CPD courses and in-house training.
