You need these qualifications: Extensive experience in technology consulting, product development, or similar customer-facing role. A proven track record of leading teams to deliver technically complex projects, particularly involving AI/ML technologies, leveraging technology platforms. Strong exposure in the Life Sciences industry, ideally with clinical trials for drug development at top 20 Pharma companies. Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and fostering trust with both technical and business stakeholders. Experience managing senior customer relationships and influencing across multiple internal teams. A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in ambiguity and always finding solutions to drive success. It would be nice if: You have experience delivering deployed software products to complex, enterprise-scale customers. You have previously worked in agile development teams and understand how it applies to B2B product development.
