We are seeking an experienced Test & Release Manager for our client's Finance Systems team (D365 F&O) to support their D365 stack.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end testing activities for ERP system implementation
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans
Create test cases and scripts based on business requirements
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
Manage test environments and test data
Track and resolve defects throughout the testing lifecycle
Provide regular status updates and progress reports
Implement quality assurance procedures
Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
Collaborate with implementation partners
Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience as an ERP Test Lead/Manager
Strong background in manual and automated testing
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and testing methodologies
Proficiency in Office Suite and DevOps tools
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management experience
D365 F&O experience
Preferred Qualifications:
ISTQB Advanced certification
Quality Assurance additional certifications
Experience with specific ERP platforms (D365 F&O)
Automation testing tool experience
