Small Works Site Manager is required in Dundee on a permanent basis!

The main contractor is a leading construction company based in North-East of Scotland, renowned for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Small Works Contracts Manager to join their dynamic team in Aberdeen.
Your new role
Oversee and manage small works projects within Aberdeen City and Shire.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
What you'll need to succeed
Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certificate.
Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
First Aid certificate.
Proven experience of managing commercial construction projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
