Paid training, opportunities for accredited training agreements and potential for career progression Role Overview We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Support Partner to join our Operational Excellence Division within the Equipment & Supplies Sub-Division. This role will focus on maintaining divisional trackers, planners, and databases, while offering logistical and administrative support. Key duties include supporting stock management systems, procurement, supply chain activities, and regulatory compliance, as well as providing executive assistant support through meeting coordination, inbox and calendar management, and travel arrangements. Key Qualifications The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) and have a strong understanding of treatment centre operations. Excellent communication skills are required, as the role involves liaising with senior leadership, treatment centre teams, and external stakeholders. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to various UK centres as and when required.
