Audit Semi-Senior/Senior Accountant (Practice) Progression Taunton £35,000 to £45,000 DOE + Training + Study Support + Flexible Hours + Holidays + Overtime Are you an Audit Semi-Senior/Senior Accountant from a small firm or even Big 4, wanting to widen your audit understanding and experience with study support, 6 monthly salary reviews and potential for long term growth to director? Do you want to complete your studies, accelerate your development towards becoming an Audit Manager and Director in the future? On offer is an opportunity to join a practice, established for over 20 years, with over 90 staff in the business, 5 Directors, with over a third of the staff at different levels of traineeship, where you can be part of a growing team and business, furthering your audit experience to become an audit manager in the near future with salary reviews every 6 months. In this role you will lead audit engagements, prepare and review audit plans, conduct fieldwork, be the primary contact for client queries, review financial statements, review the work of junior team members, and provide training and feedback on their work, completing assignments with the Audit Manager. This role would suit an Audit Semi-Senior wanting to grow into a Senior role or a Senior wanting to grow into a manager role, who is looking to complete their ACA/ACCA, from a smaller or Big 4 firm wanting deeper audit experience to grow their career.
