Customer Service Support I am looking for an experienced individual with excellent customer service skills who is able to engage with customers via the phone, email, and face-to-face. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and experience dealing with data entry and documentation processes. Customer Service Support Responsibilities: Build and maintain an excellent rapport with all key customers. Upsell and follow up on orders to meet revenue targets. Accurately process customer sales orders and ensure that customers receive all necessary information promptly. Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels. Follow up on unpaid invoices with key customers. Maintain regular communication with customers to meet their needs and accurately forecast revenue levels. Ensure shipping documentation and export management processes are carried out at a high standard. Process invoices promptly once goods are dispatched. Requirements: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service skills. Manufacturing background. Confident and professional telephone manner. A background in data analysis. Proficiency in Excel. This is a Monday to Friday position working between the hours of 9am-5pm with an early leave on a Friday. They are offering an hourly rate between £15-20 depending on the level of experience.
