You will engage in a range of trade-related small works tasks, concentrating on kitchen & bathroom installs, replacing doors, skirts, architraves, replacing windows, and general top-quality repairs for tenants. Responsibilities of the Role: Provide expertise in carpentry, plastering, tiling, and plumbing, completing programmed works on empty properties. Complete a diverse range of trade tasks to high standards, providing efficient repairs in void properties ready to let. Work across Bracknell, Slough, Windsor. Adhere to health and safety regulations and relevant standards, using appropriate protective equipment. Skills & Qualifications: Possess a C&G/NVQ Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or trade-related qualification with extensive experience and a background in trades. NVQ qualified Carpenter proficient in plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and general maintenance works within a social housing environment. Dedication to customer satisfaction in quality workmanship. Show a collaborative spirit but able to work unsupervised. Full UK driving license.
