Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager Are you a Facilities Manager within the manufacturing industry with heavy plant experience or similar? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Introduction We are currently looking for a dynamic Facilities Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Southampton. This role will include leading the Facilities team as well as Facilities coordination and technical support when required. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the Facilities team, setting KPI's to manage performance and productivity. Supporting the development of the team and providing/updating training when required. Provide technical advice and support to the Operations team. Ensure cleanliness/contamination controls standards are delivered within certification. Manage 3rd party providers and Contractors to fulfil, complying with all safety standards. Review/renew/update Facilities maintenance contracts, identify vendor opportunities and negotiations. Identify new strategies for improvements across Facilities. Manage the facilities budget. Lead Facilities projects, working with stakeholders and 3rd parties to deliver on schedule and cost. Ideal Skills and Experience Previous Facilities experience within a manufacturing environment. Heavy Plant experience. Good problem solving and solution providing skills. LEAN experience would be an advantage. Hours:

Monday to Friday (Days) Flexible on start and finish times. Salary:
