Product Owner

to lead the evolution of our resident engagement platform.

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define a clear product vision and strategy. Continuously refine and prioritise the product backlog based on market trends, customer feedback, and strategic goals. Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development teams and maintain focus on delivering user value. Lead agile sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to align efforts with priorities. Oversee product releases, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring post-launch metrics to drive improvements. Act as a champion for the product, fostering cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and customer support teams. Engage directly with customers to gather insights, identify pain points, and prioritise feature requests for maximum impact. What You’ll Bring:

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or equivalent experience. Proven expertise as a Product Owner, preferably in the SaaS industry. A deep understanding of SaaS business models, agile principles, and product development methodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences. Bonus: A solid grasp of industry trends, competitor products, and best practices to drive innovation. What We Offer:
