You’ll work with intuitive tools to create segments and really personalise our customer’s journey with measurable outcomes in a performance driven space. Your manager, Ata (Senior eCRM Manager), you will be joining on a 9 month fixed term contract. As one of our Email Marketing Executives, you’ll:

be responsible for the planning and delivery of one-time send emails to support our customers and multiple business objectives have a keen interest in data as you’ll segment the data and review selected audiences work with the Content team to create engaging emails that target high open and click rates create visually appealing mobile responsive emails with the Design team leverage AI features to improve email send timing, targeting, personalisation, real time content etc We’re looking for someone who is:

experienced in email marketing and customer lifecycle management in any industry or systems experienced with segmentation, dynamic content, configuring new automated emails and maintaining existing automated emails experienced in A/B testing one-time sends a highly organised individual with good written and verbal communication skills a natural problem solver, demonstrating innovation and a proactive, can-do attitude (We know it’s tough, but please try to avoid the confidence gap.
