c. £53K We are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Manager to join our client, a well-established business in the food manufacturing industry, based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and hands-on professional to take the lead in maintaining the highest hygiene standards in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team of 3-4 hygiene operatives, ensuring high performance and adherence to hygiene protocols. Actively work on the shop floor to oversee and support hygiene processes and procedures. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure smooth and safe operations in line with food safety regulations. Ensure all hygiene schedules and audits are met, maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Requirements: Background in UK food manufacturing is essential, with a strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices. Previous experience managing or supervising a hygiene team. A proactive, hands-on approach to hygiene management, with the ability to lead by example. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with both hygiene and production teams. Flexibility to work shifts, 4 on 4 off Days and Nights.
