U-Educate is looking to hire Behaviour Mentors who are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for our young people.
We are an inspiring company offering Education, Care, and Therapy to girls aged 9-18. As an independent organization, we work creatively and therapeutically to ensure the best outcomes for the young people in our care.

Shift Pattern:
Monday-Friday, full-time Salary Range:
£18,000 - £22,000, depending on experience. About You: You are enthusiastic, friendly, flexible, hardworking, and motivated to provide the best support to young people. You are at least 21 years old. About the Role: Serve as a positive role model for the young people. Report to the Registered Manager, providing direct day-to-day support and assisting with other duties as needed. Help promote a healthy lifestyle and development for the young people. Plan and engage in appropriate, stimulating activities while offering consistent, caring adult support. Be vigilant for signs of distress or abuse and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people. Work collaboratively with the team, offering support to colleagues and accepting advice when needed. Assist with accessing community activities like cinema trips, meals out, college, shopping, day trips, and evening outings. Employee Benefits: 30 days of annual leave, including public holidays.
