THE ROLE: The litigation department of this leading regional practice is experiencing exciting growth and is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to undertake a broad and varied caseload of commercial disputes. The appointed Commercial Litigation Lawyer will be driven and ambitious and well-versed in dealing with all types of litigation matters, including commercial/contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, and commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
THE CANDIDATE: You will have at least 5 years PQE in dealing with a range of commercial litigation matters gained at a leading regional law firm. Ideal candidates will have proven technical expertise in all aspects of commercial disputes and be looking for a progressive team where you can see your career flourish. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will be dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial litigation matters.
