We are looking for not only a practical CNC operator but also a creative person who can transfer ideas into drawings and then CNC cut products. As a CNC machine manufacturer, we operate in a few sectors; hence, the candidate will be able to learn from different areas of the company, from engineering through marketing to sophisticated CNC operations on multiple machines. Your role will be the head of the CNC cutting/prototyping/sample department, where you will be responsible for all aspects from receiving inquiries to fulfilling and ordering, providing samples for clients who would like to invest in Fabertec machines, designing more complex cutting operations, and advising on new engineering solutions to achieve the desired effect. You will also be testing new cutting bits and faster feed rates, trying to optimize speeds and feed rates from our tooling and machines. Requirements From Candidate:

Practical min 4-5 years knowledge of running CNC routers and fiber lasers, with controllers like Syntec, Cypcut, Sinumerik. Very good skills in CAD/CAM software like Vcarve Pro, Aspire, Fusion 360, cabinetry design software, and AutoCAD. Experience with different types of materials, including wood-based boards (MFC/MDF/timber), plastic sheets, and metal sheets. Experienced in office software like Excel, Word, PDF, and quotations. Ability to create anything from the drawings on CNC machines. Ability to accurately price orders per piece, time on machine, and overheads. Client-oriented approach with skills in calls, emails, and negotiating. What We Offer:
