Store Manager in Gravesend Hours:

Managing the Branch while serving customers, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves. Ensuring your team provides a great customer experience, delivering sales through service. Helping the team get the job done, including checking and unpacking deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch, and putting orders together. Encouraging a positive mindset and building a culture of feedback, praise, and recognition. Supporting team development and ensuring customers leave with everything they need. Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a great workplace. Maintaining product availability and high branch standards.
