Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full Time The Head of Clinical Governance is responsible for leading and overseeing the improvement and monitoring of a comprehensive clinical governance framework. This framework should align with the 7 pillars of clinical governance: education and training, clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, colleague management, client and public involvement, risk management, and information management. The clinical governance framework should provide a structured approach for accountability and transparency so that the organisation can continuously improve its services and achieve agreed standards of care. By focusing on user safety, clinical quality and risk management, such a framework is designed to help create a culture of learning and continuous improvement. The purpose of this role is to support the organisation in attaining agreed standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Lead & Non-medical Prescriber to spearhead our ADHD medication service. This pivotal role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, offering the opportunity to lead a skilled prescribing team while delivering evidence-based treatments. This is an exciting opportunity to lead clinical services while directly contributing to patient care by prescribing and managing ADHD medications. The successful candidate will clinically lead the new Oakdale ADHD prescribing service which has had successful mobilisation and launch period during 2024. We support clients to have quicker access to ADHD medications on behalf of the NHS, and self-funded clients. You will have experience of clinical leadership and prescribing, ideally within an ADHD medication service or similar, ensuring that all relevant activities are carried out in a timely manner and to the standards required by the CQC. This role is varied, and the post holder is expected to be involved in the development of a variety of Clinical and IT systems and processes to support the service delivery. You will help the service evolve by developing and implementing policies, procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure the service is safe and high quality. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills in the context of a growing organisation experiencing unprecedented demand for our services. The opportunity would suit an organised professional with experience of clinical leadership in a similar field. Management and clinical experience within ADHD services and an interest in developing and delivering clinical services within the neurodevelopmental field would be an advantage. Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full Time The Neurodevelopmental Assessment Team Leader for the Neurodevelopmental Assessment Pathway is responsible for supporting the Clinical Lead in overseeing the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality clinical services for clients accessing assessments for autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). There will also be a requirement to undertake some assessment activity. This includes ensuring effective clinical governance, leadership of clinicians, and service development, as well as working closely within a multidisciplinary leadership team to meet client needs and neurodevelopmental service objectives. You will provide leadership and management for a team of neurodevelopmental practitioners carrying out assessment activity, ensuring high-quality patient care and implementing best practice guidelines to ensure that clinical standards are maintained. You will work as part of the wider Neurodevelopmental Service Leadership Team to plan services to meet clients’ needs, utilising your clinical expertise in shaping the development of new service models. You will support the Clinical Lead to carry out training, recruitment, clinical audits, and lead complex multi-disciplinary team (MDT) case reviews, ensuring that the pathway operates effectively, safely, and in line with best practices. Location: Halifax/Leeds/Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom Employment Type: Full Time/Part Time The role: Oakdale is seeking to recruit an experienced Team Manager to manage our clinical teams in our ADHD medication service. This is a rapidly expanding and developing service which delivers ADHD medication on behalf of the NHS and for self-funded clients. We are looking to expand our leadership team, as well as our clinical team, and are looking for someone who can successfully lead, develop, and manage others as well as being actively involved in the development, coordination, and administration of the services. This is a demanding and hands-on role, requiring strong line management and organisational skills in the context of a growing organisation experiencing unprecedented demand for our services. The opportunity would suit an operationally minded professional with management experience and an interest in running clinical services within the neurodevelopmental field.
