Associate Mechanical Engineer

Associate Mechanical Engineer Liverpool Salary: 60,000 to 70,000 Job Ref: 36329 This is an opportunity to take on the leadership of an established Mechanical team within a Building Services Consultancy in Liverpool City Centre. The business' employees have good tenure and retention rates and it's a growing company that has been enjoying organic growth since its inception years ago. They are a brand that evolves and innovates, not just from an engineering perspective, adopting digital engineering and the like, but also from an operational and leadership perspective having recently gone from an EOT scheme with additional benefits for staff being one of the key markers they made sure they hit. What they are looking for now is an experienced Mechanical Engineer. This engineer can come in the form of a Principal Engineer looking to step up to Associate or an existing Associate depending on the ability to prepare bids, manage and lead the company's Mechanical resource in Liverpool and lead a diverse range of projects. Their core sectors are L.A, Education, Residential, Commercial, and Healthcare. They have a flexible working model so hybrid working can be accommodated. Generally, most staff in the business do 3/4 days in the office. You don't need to be Chartered although it would be beneficial. The knowledge and experience of working on and leading diverse projects, new builds and refurbishments, complex and simple whilst using modern building methods and technologies is required. Typically, their projects are big new builds, extensions, and refurbishments so experience of doing smaller Mechanical packages through to the packages for a 40-storey Residential building will be required.
