Responsible for leading all aspects of cleanroom production through management of workload, staff resources, inventory, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with the manufacturing license and quality system requirements. The role will be working on a 10pm till 6am shift pattern, starting on Sunday at 10pm and finishing on a Friday at 6am. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage workload - maintain output and meet turnaround times. Manage staff resources - prepare staff rotas, direct cleanroom staff, provide feedback on staff performance, monitor timekeeping and enforce attendance policy, responsible for completion of shift duties, ensure handover between shifts, line manager to technicians and senior technicians. Represent production supervisor - manage annual leave requests and attend meetings as required. Inventory control - liaise with procurement department, resolve stock discrepancies and review/minimize wastage. Environmental monitoring - scheduled fortnightly EM by month end, manage non-routine isolator breaches, and operator/isolator validations. Equipment - prepare equipment for maintenance, complete required processes and checks to return equipment to production and manage equipment failure. Training - identify training needs and develop and deliver training sessions. Non-conformances - report non-conformances, communicate serious non-conformances to supervisor/QA immediately and investigate/propose appropriate actions. Generic Competencies - GDP, EHS, meet online training requirements, access SOPs, and cross-site knowledge. Qualifications and Experience

Excellent quality standards and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment. Ability to prioritize the daily work schedule. Adaptable to carrying out different tasks based on the daily scheduling of staff. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
