They already have a dedicated team of Full-stack Java / Kotlin engineers and require another strong addition to join their mission.
You’ll contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of their software applications. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of key areas of their technology stack and work on challenging projects like the ATS systems used by a huge range of clients.
They use technologies such as Kotlin, Microservices architectures, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Kafka, ElasticSearch, GCP, and React. You'll have the chance to learn and grow within a supportive environment while developing high-quality software solutions.
They are a small, tight-knit development team where you’ll be working independently on new, high-quality solutions with the CTO. You'll have significant autonomy, contributing to design decisions and exploring new technologies through proof-of-concept projects. The salary for this role can go up to £80k, based near Oxford (two days onsite), 27 days holiday, flexible working, salary sacrifice car scheme, and quick two-stage process!
