Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar with a mechanical or electrical background, looking for the opportunity to join a leading company that offers unlimited progression and a variety of company benefits?

On offer is the unique opportunity to join an exciting Customer Experience Team where you will travel across the UK and Europe to conduct field service visits, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment. You will receive full product and company training and work in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience.

In this varied role, you will be carrying out fault finding and maintenance while also answering technical queries in person, on the phone, and via email. You will ensure service calls are resolved promptly and in full, and provide on-site equipment training to colleagues and customers.

This role is suited to a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in mechanical or electrical engineering, looking for a role with plenty of progression opportunities, travel abroad to meet clients, and a range of company benefits.

The Role: Install, service, and repair equipment across the UK and Europe. Handle technical queries via phone, email, and in person. Resolve service calls promptly. Provide on-site equipment training.
