Somerset Here at Gamlins Farm, we are looking for an on-site caravan park warden/manager. The site has been recently purchased by myself and my brother, and we are very family-oriented, looking to run and build a family-friendly cozy campsite.
We have done massive refurbishment to the site and are looking to improve our reviews and experiences to get recommended more online.
We hope to find a well-motivated individual or possibly a couple to join us. Your duties would include: General park maintenance. Taking bookings and being the face of the business, showing campers in and out. Ensuring all campers, caravan storage individuals, and seasonal pitch holders are following the onsite rules, creating a happy and healthy space. Dealing with phone calls, emails, and messages about storage and helping with any issues on site. Helping keep our online presence up-to-date, including platforms like Pitch Up. Assisting in taking the campsite from the bottom to the top. Working closely with our family, who has been running campsites for 30 years, providing experienced leadership you can rely on. Helping to sell seasonal pitches. Being prepared for hard work, as being a campsite manager is a continuous role. Assisting with teething issues on site and drawing up a regular routine plan.
