What you will be doing: Overseeing the monthly reporting close timetable and assist in the preparation of the Budget Balance sheet. Directing and continuously improving the Group's monthly management accounts pack including balance sheet, cash flow and various analysis including working capital movement and foreign exchange. Preparing high quality reconciliations of all consolidation and group managed adjustments, including acquisition accounting journals. Overseeing the monthly intercompany reconciliation and continuously developing stronger control processes and reporting tools. Overseeing certain external loans account reconciliations. Overseeing certain accounting entries in holdings companies and performing quarterly reviews, including share capital review and Staff Benefit Trust. Assisting the FP&A and Business Partner teams in comprehending consolidation reports, IFRS and other technical aspects of accounting as required.

What we are looking for from you:

Essential:

Qualified Accountant with significant technical experience in a group reporting team Handling a group reporting pack and a month end timetable Heading an intricate multi-gaap/entity/currency consolidation in a finance system Experience overseeing consolidation adjustments and acquisition accounting.

Desirable:

Strong verbal and written communication Exceptional stakeholder management Strong organisational and planning experience Prior experience in a PE environment
