In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Your role will involve: Discussing and elaborating requirements with end users and client stakeholders. Facilitating and leading workshops to expand requirements and provide solutions. Be involved in the full project lifecycle and have the central role of liaising with people and teams across the wider organisation, as well as Product Owners, Architects, and Developers within the Integration team. Providing the development team with user stories that have clear descriptions and acceptance criteria, two sprints ahead. Investigating client’s activities, playing a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions. Enable user-centric design through continuous engagement with end users. Supporting the Product Owner and the business to solve their challenges from design to implementation. Required Education
Bachelor's Degree Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Agile Principles, Methodology and Practices Systems and Business Analysis experience Ability to draw process maps, write user stories, and epics. Evidence of experience with gathering and analyzing technical and non-technical information, documenting processes and solutions to solve specific problems or meet business/systems outcomes.
