What You'll Bring
Extensive experience in quantity surveying, specifically within a main contractor environment focused on social housing refurbishment projects. Demonstrable expertise in managing individual tenders up to the value of £20m. Strong familiarity with the various market sectors, contributing to the company's strategy through successful tender submissions. Excellent skills in contract negotiation and risk management.
Responsibilities
Lead the quantitative aspects of tenders, including preparation, negotiation, and submission, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing business growth through effective contract management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all projects adhere to financial and quality standards. Implement and maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental practices across all areas of responsibility.
