This team works closely with companies, their CFOs, and finance teams. Projects include: Leading refinance, managing due diligence and acting as a link between stakeholders. Providing interim CFO support and overseeing a finance team. Establishing FP&A processes and hiring. Optimising financial operations, including historical data cleansing and treasury function setup. Supporting mergers, system implementations, and acquisitions. Advising CEOs on process optimisation, CRM implementation, and operational improvement. The Person Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE. Experience in finance in an operating company (full-time or via secondment); someone straight from Practice will also be considered. Transaction experience in acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of IFRS, particularly in a real estate and infrastructure context. Proficiency in finance systems, including implementation and optimisation. Excellent communication skills, with confidence working alongside senior stakeholders. Demonstrable leadership and team management experience. Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling. Additional European languages are highly desirable.
