This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to join the Data Centre Division of a long established and highly-respected Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor based in Canary Wharf. Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, banks, data centres, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from £200k up to £5m, the company is a leading M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services, from design through to installation and commissioning. As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Data Centre division. The role predominantly involves project delivery; however, you will be expected to take commercial responsibility for the job you are delivering, maintain client relationships, and ensure high-quality project execution with a key focus on quality of install. Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable Experience and Key Skills:
You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager, M&E Project Manager. Data Centre experience is an essential requirement. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Commercially astute. Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include:
Base salary: £80,000 - £90,000 depending on experience. Travel allowance. Bonus Scheme. Private Healthcare and Dental Care. Life Insurance. Pension options. Company events.
