Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a specialist M&E company who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor OR Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional company in a purely work from home role within reasonable travelling distance of Nottingham. The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for: Managing all commercial aspects of projects Providing contractual advice to the wider business and installation teams Preparing and submitting payment applications Assessing and setting up sub-contractor applications and payments Managing risks and contractual changes Administering commercial and contractual aspects of projects providing KPI’s and financial reports. The QS/Senior Quantity Surveyor will need: Previous experience working as a QS or Senior QS Experience of M&E works either on their own or as part of a project Good experience of JCT and/or NEC contracts Strong CVR and cashflow management experience Good communication skills with the ability to influence Experience of managing and delivering multiple projects This role is an excellent opportunity to join a company with a great team ethos and a flexible culture.
