What you will do:
Lead and manage the children's residential service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organisational goals and regulatory standards. Foster a positive and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of children in care. Supervise and support staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and regular performance evaluations. Liaise effectively with social services, parents, and external agencies to ensure excellent communication and collaborative working relationships. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of service delivery, initiating improvements where necessary. Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and standards set by regulatory bodies.
