We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in Ruby on Rails. You should have substantial commercial experience as a Back End Developer and be comfortable working independently on design meetings and feature development. Knowledge of AWS Infrastructure would be a significant advantage. Ideally, you have been working as a Mid-Level Developer for a few years or hold a Senior Developer position. Familiarity with our tech stack, which includes Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, Stimulus, React Native, AWS, and more, is essential.
As part of our core Development team, you will collaborate with two other Developers and receive guidance from our CEO and CPO. Your role will involve leading feature work and contributing to design discussions. Since we are a startup, you'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, with time allocated for upskilling where necessary. You will be actively involved in developing end-to-end solutions while embracing modern development practices.
