C – Care & Collaboration O – Opportunity & Ownership R – Responsibility & Respect E – Excellence & End Result Focus About the Anthro JV: The Anthro joint venture between Egis and VVB Engineering will provide comprehensive turn-key services for London’s state-of-the-art HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. We have been awarded a multi-year contract to deliver MEPHFC (Mechanical, Electrical Public Health, Fire and Communications) systems works. About the Role As a Quality Manager, you’ll work closely with the Quality and Assurance Director to ensure the effective development and management of quality processes. Your leadership will ensure all aspects of the Integrated Management System, compliance, and quality reporting are delivered to the highest standard. Key responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining the Integrated Management System. Achieving and maintaining ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 45001, and supporting ISO 27001). Creating and managing the Anthro Audit Schedule, including internal and external audits. Leading quality reporting, dashboards, and compliance schedules. Managing and resolving non-conformance issues. Supporting supply chain management through pre-qualification and audits. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a Quality Management role, ideally in a construction or engineering environment. Knowledge of ISO accreditations and experience in achieving/maintaining them. Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, auditing techniques, and regulatory requirements. Ability to create and manage Integrated Management Systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and document control systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Professional qualifications in Quality Management or a related field. Background in supporting large-scale infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders. Familiarity with supply chain management processes. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
