About the Role:

Our client is seeking qualified candidates to join a professional team as a Conveyancing Assistant. You’ll provide vital support in managing administrative tasks, assisting clients, and helping with legal processes. Key responsibilities include: Handling emails, calls, and client communications. Completing ID and compliance checks. Drafting documents, reports, and correspondence. Conducting Land Registry searches and managing external portals. Supporting contract exchanges, transaction completions, and post-completion tasks. What They're Looking For:

Strong IT skills (Excel and Word). Excellent communication and customer service skills. A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach. The ability to multitask and work independently or in a team. Benefits:
