Key Responsibilities: Plan, organise, and supervise the day-to-day delivery of installation and servicing/warranty support. Ensure timely execution of product modification programs, including preparation of tools, parts, and team competency. Collaborate with project management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate materials, drawings, tooling, and test equipment to support efficient project execution. Manage overtime approvals and team coordination to maintain productivity. About You: To thrive in this role, you should be able to couple your excellent knowledge of overhaul in Rail alongside a hands-on approach, coupled with strong organisational skills and experience in a similar environment.
