We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Amazon Music team, that can spearhead the growth of our Amazon Music services with internal strategic partners across Europe and Australia/New Zealand (EUANZ). You will be part of the EUANZ marketing team responsible for managing partnerships with other EUANZ Amazon teams, and you will be responsible for spearheading growth of Amazon Music as part of collaborative plans. You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional marketing strategy, aligning it with global objectives, and driving significant business impact. This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization. You will oversee partnerships with other EU Amazon teams, collaborate with global functions on strategy implementation, and drive innovation in our approach to customer acquisition and engagement. The role demands a data-driven approach to decision-making, the ability to identify and capitalize on market-specific opportunities, and a track record of delivering measurable results at scale. You will be expected to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Key job responsibilities

Develop, collaborate execute with partner teams on a comprehensive regional marketing strategy for EUANZ, ensuring goal alignment with between organisations that achieve global and local objectives. Drive strategic partnerships with senior leadership through mechanisms (XBRs) across Amazon to unlock new growth opportunities for Amazon Music. Proactively identify and resolve critical business blockers, manage complex escalations across multiple stakeholders, and make timely decisions to drive business growth. Oversee the implementation of global strategies, adapting them to regional nuances and identifying areas for innovation. Develop and present business cases for major initiatives to senior leadership, securing buy-in and resources. Lead the development of advanced analytics and insights capabilities within the region, using data to inform strategic decisions and measure impact. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that can significantly impact Amazon Music's market position in EUANZ. Show ownership and ability to have hands-on approach to testing new channels and strategies to acquire and engage customers at scale. Ensure regional strategies align with global objectives, working closely with central teams while advocating for EUANZ market needs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. Experience communicating results to senior leadership. Experience in marketing or marketing research. Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
